Zucchini-Cauliflower Pizza Crust

1 head cauliflower, steamed and chopped in food processor

1 cup grated zucchini

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

2 eggs

Place the grated zucchini and cooked cauliflower in a towel and wring all of the excess water out.

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and blend well. Stir until the mixture holds together well.

Meanwhile prepare pizza pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spread dough on lined pizza pan, make it look like a real pizza dough. Bake for 40 minutes.

Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
